പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവര്‍ഗ്ഗ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് 2000 രൂപയുടെ സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പ് അനുവദിച്ചു

സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഒന്നുമുതല്‍ നാലുവരെ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ എസ്.സി/എസ്.ടി വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയിരുന്ന പ്രീ എഡ്യുക്കേഷന്‍ എയിഡ് അഞ്ചു മുതല്‍ എട്ടുവരെ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ എസ്.സി/എസ്.ടി കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് കൂടി അനുവദിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചതായി പട്ടികജാതി-പട്ടികവര്‍ഗ്ഗ-പിന്നാക്ക ക്ഷേമ വകുപ്പു മന്ത്രി എ.കെ. ബാലന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. പ്രതിവര്‍ഷം 2000 രൂപയാണ് ഈ സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്. 

   അഞ്ചു മുതല്‍ എട്ടുവരെ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ എസ്.സി/എസ്.ടി കട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് 640 രൂപയുടെ ലംപ്‌സം

ഗ്രാന്റ് മാത്രമാണ് ഇതുവരെ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ ഒന്നു മുതല്‍ നാലുവരെ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ കൂട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ലംപ്‌സം ഗ്രാന്റിന് പുറമെയാണ് 2000 രൂപയുടെ പ്രീ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷന്‍ എയിഡും ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നത്.  9, 10 ക്ലാസുകളിലെ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് 2250 രൂപയുടെ പ്രീ മെട്രിക് സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പും ലംപ്‌സം ഗ്രാന്റിന് പുറമെ ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അഞ്ചു മുതല്‍ എട്ടു വരെ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. ആയത് പരിഗണിച്ച് അവര്‍ക്ക് കൂടി 2000 രൂപയുടെ പ്രീ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷന്‍ എയിഡ് അനുവദിക്കുവാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ തീരുമാനിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഒന്നരലക്ഷം വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കും. ഇതോടെ ഒന്നു മുതല്‍ എട്ട് വരെ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ എല്ലാ എസ്.സി/എസ്.ടി കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കും ലംപ്‌സം ഗ്രാന്റിന് പുറമെ 2000 രൂപയുടെ പ്രീ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷന്‍ എയിഡും ലഭിക്കും. ഒന്‍പത്, പത്ത് ക്ലാസുകളിലെ കുട്ടികളുടെ ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം 2250 രൂപയാണ്. ഒരു വിഭാഗം എസ്.സി. കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു വിഭാഗം ഒ.ബി.സി കുട്ടികളേക്കാള്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന പരാതിക്കും ഇതോടെ പരിഹാരമായതായി മന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.

ശമ്പളവിതരണത്തിന് തടസ്സമുണ്ടാകില്ല

 

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: ഒക്ടോബര്‍ രണ്ടിന് ട്രഷറികള്‍ തുറന്നു പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുമെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് അറിയിച്ചു. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ശമ്പള ബില്ലുകള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കി പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്പാര്‍ക്ക് സംവിധാനം പ്രൊപ്രൈറ്ററി സോഫ്ട് വെയറില്‍ നിന്നും സ്വതന്ത്ര സോഫ്ട് വെയറിലേയ്ക്ക് മാറ്റിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. 

ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന സാങ്കേതിക പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ കൃത്യമായി പരിഹരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ശമ്പള ബില്ലുകള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്ന മാസത്തിലെ അവസാനത്തെ രണ്ടു ദിവസങ്ങളും അടുത്തമാസം ആദ്യത്തെ രണ്ടു ദിവസങ്ങളും അവധി ആണെന്നതിനാല്‍ ശമ്പളം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് കാലതാമസം ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന വ്യാപകമായ പ്രചരണം സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. 

അവധി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും സ്പാര്‍ക്കില്‍ ലോഗിന്‍ ചെയ്ത് ബില്ലുകള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിനും ഇസബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു തടസ്സവും ഇല്ലായെന്നതാണ് വസ്തുത. ശമ്പളവിതരണത്തില്‍ തടസ്സമുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന പ്രചരണം യാതൊരു അടിസ്ഥാനവുമില്ലാത്ത ഒന്നാണ്.

ജീവനക്കാര്‍ പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആശങ്കകള്‍ പരിഗണിച്ച് കൂടുതല്‍ ജാഗ്രത പുലര്‍ത്തണമെന്ന് സ്പാര്‍ക്ക്, എന്‍.ഐ.സി സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ദ്ധര്‍ക്ക് കര്‍ശന നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ ഒക്ടോബര്‍ രണ്ടാം തീയതി സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ട്രഷറികള്‍ തുറന്നു പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നതിനും നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ട്രഷറികള്‍ക്ക് ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 2 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനമായിരിക്കും. ശമ്പളം മാറിയെടുക്കാന്‍ നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഡി.ഡി.ഒ.മാര്‍ ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ പ്രത്യേക ശ്രദ്ധ പുലര്‍ത്തണം.

ദേശാഭിമാനി കേരളത്തിലെ സ്ക്കൂള്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്കായി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അക്ഷരമുറ്റം ക്വിസ് മത്സരം. 2011-ല്‍ തുടങ്ങി വന്‍ വിജയമായി മാറിയ ക്വിസ് ഫെസ്റ്റിവലില്‍ വര്‍ഷം തോറും 45 ലക്ഷത്തിലേറെ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളും 16,000-ത്തോളം വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളും പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.ഈ മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാന്‍ സഹായകമാക്കുന്ന മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷത്തെ ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇവിടെ നല്‍കുന്നു.

G.O(Ms) No. 143/2007/G.Edn dtd TVM 20-07-2007 ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് കലക്ടര്‍ അവധിപ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ അദ്ധ്യാപകര്‍സ്കൂളില്‍ ഹാജരാകേണ്ടതില്ല.ഉത്തരവ് താഴെ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നു.

കൊല്ലം: വനം വന്യജീവി വാരാഘോഷത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് വനം വകുപ്പിന്റെ സോഷ്യല്‍ ഫോറസ്ട്രി ഡിവിഷന്‍ സ്‌കൂള്‍, കോളേജ് വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്കായി വിവിധ മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ജില്ലാ

തല മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ ഒക്ടോബര്‍ രണ്ട്, മൂന്ന് തീയതികളില്‍ കൊല്ലം എസ് എന്‍ കോളേജില്‍ നടക്കും. രണ്ടാം തീയതി പെന്‍സില്‍ ഡ്രോയിംഗ്, വാട്ടര്‍ കളര്‍ പെയിന്റിംഗ്, ഉപന്യാസം 

എന്നീയിനങ്ങളിലാണ് മത്സരം. f

മൂന്നിന് ക്വിസ്, പ്രസംഗ മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ നടക്കും. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍, എയ്ഡഡ്, അണ്‍ എയ്ഡഡ്, സ്വാശ്രയ സ്‌കൂളുകളിലെയും കോളേജുകളിലെയും പ്രഫഷണല്‍ കോളേജുകളിലെയും പോളിടെക്‌നിക്കുകളിലെയും വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്ക് മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാം. ഹയര്‍ സെക്കന്‍ഡറി തലം മുതല്‍ ഉള്ളവരെ കോളേജ് വിഭാഗത്തിലാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുക.
